Account Manager Cyber Security Solutions On behalf of a fast-growing Cyber Security Solutions provider that helps organisations protect their digital assets and stay ahead of evolving threats, we are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to nurture and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients. This role blends strategic account development with targeted new business activity, ensuring long-term client success while expanding our footprint across key sectors.
Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of inherited accounts through proactive engagement and strategic account planning Build strong, in-person relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client challenges and aligning relevant cyber security solutions Conduct regular client meetings, QBRs, and on-site visits to strengthen partnerships Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions are tailored to client needs Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account documentation Support new business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities within both existing and net-new accounts Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, webinars, and networking forums Ideal Candidate Proven experience in account management or hybrid account management/business development, ideally within Cyber Security, IT Services, or SaaS Strong understanding of cyber security challenges and solution landscapes Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face and developing long-term partnerships Self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively UK-based with the right to work in the UK Able to travel to Oxford for monthly office meetings and to client sites as required
