Overview

Sales Representative – Northern Ireland (Field-Based)

We are hiring a Sales Representative to grow our presence across Northern Ireland, working with roofing contractors as our core customer base and engaging main contractors and design teams to support early-stage product selection and project delivery. This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships on-site, developing new business, and providing practical product guidance that helps customers deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and developing a territory across Northern Ireland, with regular site and customer visits
  • Winning new business and expanding existing accounts with roofing contractors
  • Working with main contractors and project stakeholders to support procurement and delivery requirements
  • Engaging with design teams (architects/specifiers/consultants) where required to support product selection and drive specification
  • Preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms within agreed parameters, and managing your sales pipeline
  • Keeping CRM activity, forecasts, and reporting accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for
  • Proven B2B sales experience in the construction/building products space (or a closely related sector)
  • Strong new-business capability and comfort prospecting and building a pipeline
  • Confidence engaging with contractors and credibility to liaise with main contractors and design teams
  • Commercial discipline (pricing/margins/terms) and a structured approach to territory management
  • Comfortable using CRM and standard business tools
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland
