What We Expect
We are looking for an EOX Sales Manager to join our New Installations team in Belfast. This role will build long‑term relationships with industry‑leading contractors, developers and clients.
As a NI Sales Manager, your day‑to‑day will include:
- Convey TK Elevator commitment to quality in customer service and products.
- Maximise new lift EOX sales through prospecting new business, dealing with current repeat customers and internal leads.
- Produce tenders for projects in line with customer requirements.
- Closely monitor negotiations and adapt to changes in customer requirements to secure the desired levels of business.
- Negotiate company‑agreed terms and conditions at pre‑contract meetings.
- Produce customer account development plans and regular forecasts of expected business.
- Work cross‑functionally to liaise with installation and service teams to develop the ideal solution for the customer and ensure the growth of the service portfolio.
- Be responsible for the post‑order award drawing production process and client approval.
- Ensure all architectural elements of design are agreed and approved prior to ordering the equipment on our factories.
- Work to defined client and TK Elevator lead times and programmes.
- Work in a safe manner and demonstrate ‘Customer Focused’ behaviours at all times.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with high confidence and a desire for achievement.
- Sales‑based elevator & escalator engineering experience.
- Good knowledge of the construction and elevator & escalator industry.
- A strong relationship builder.
- Highly motivated and energetic.
- Ability to initiate, take ownership and drive change.
- Excellent time‑management skills, highly organised, approachable and flexible.
- Strong organisational and people skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Pro‑active, driven by results and willing to go the extra mile.
