We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our Men’s Tailoring Concession ’ll be a brand ambassador, delivering expert tailoring advice, styling support, and first-class customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Deliver outstanding customer service, offering expert advice on suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, and formal wear.
Responsibilities- Conduct measurements and fittings, providing recommendations for the perfect fit
- Drive sales performance, upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue
- Maintain high visual standards and ensure the concession always reflects brand quality
- Support stock management, including replenishment, size checks, and maintaining stock integrity
- Actively contribute to team targets and KPIs, including conversion, UPT, and average transaction value
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and tailoring techniques
- Uphold Frasers’ and Threadology’s standards, processes, and operational policies
Passion for menswear, tailoring, and premium customer service.
Qualifications- Previous experience in retail, concessions, or high Street/premium fashion – tailoring experience preferred
- Strong selling and influencing skills, with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and a team player
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods
