Store Person Robinsons Bar

Overview

Purpose To maintain and upkeep the stores, bar areas and internal and external areas, ensuring that all deliveries are accurately accepted and any discrepancies are verified and recorded.

Reports to: Manager

Purpose To maintain and upkeep the stores, bar areas and internal and external areas, ensuring that all deliveries are accurately accepted and any discrepancies are verified and recorded.

• To maintain and clean the stores area to Company standards
• To accept deliveries and record any discrepancies with delivery dockets
• To ensure the correct stock levels are maintained on all products
• To carry out product management tasks including putting delivery dockets onto the computerised system
• To prepare for stock takes on a monthly basis
• To aid in stock counts and investigation into any discrepancies in conjunction with Manager for the stocktaking department
• To carry out any light maintenance work as required on the premises
• To maintain security of stores area at all times
• To sort, return and recycle all bottles
• To ensure that a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance is maintained at all times
• Any other duties relevant and related to the post

• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent qualification are essential

• A knowledge of various drink products is essential
• Previous bar experience is desirable
• Ideally a minimum of 6 months previous stores experience
• 6 months previous experience with a food and beverage computerised system such as Micros would be preferential
• Security conscious
• Ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
• With good communication skills, the ideal candidate will be able to approach their work in a methodical and logical manner
