Sales Associate

THE EMPLOYER IS: GARRETTAWe are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer focused Sales Associate to join our clothing retail team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing an excellent shopping experience, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining an attractive and well organised store environment.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Provide product knowledge and styling advice where appropriate.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory control.
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.

• Sales skills, including up-selling and product recommendation/knowledge.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
