Parts Advisor

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Car Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct vehicle parts while delivering excellent customer service to both trade and retail customers.

• Advise customers on suitable vehicle parts and accessories
• Identify parts accurately using electronic catalogues and VIN numbers
• Process sales orders, quotes, and returns efficiently
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory control
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to source parts when required
• Handle customer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe parts department

• Previous experience in a motor parts, automotive, or dealership environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of vehicle components and systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude
