Ensuring the store opens and closes in style each day. Rocking the branded customer experience, making our shoppers' day while managing the nitty-gritty of sales, merchandising, and all that jazz. Keeping an eagle eye on store security - you're the superhero of the security system! Being the customer's BFF, helping them find their perfect pair of shoes and other fab accessories.

Giving the store cashiers a high-five when things get busy. Teaming up with the crew to hit those sales goals out of the park. Unleashing your inner fashionista to promote our accessories and apparel too! Being the mastermind behind improving store performance and boosting those sales. Making the store look absolutely fabulous with your merchandising magic. Championing the employee experience and fostering a tight-knit team.
