A leading retail company in Belfast is recruiting a Customer Service Manager to lead the checkout and cash office areas. This role requires a hands‑on approach to inspire the front‑end team, coach members for better service delivery, and ensure compliance with stock and cash controls. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience in retail or hospitality, possess excellent numeracy and problem‑solving skills, and demonstrate a passion for customer service.
This full‑time position offers 40 hours per week and a salary of £26,645 annually.
