Trade Counter Sales Advisor - Balmoral

Due to continued growth we wish to recruit for the role of Trade Counter Sales based at our Head Office in Newry. We are looking for someone who will maximise sales, build good relationships with customers whilst continually striving to exceed their expectations.

• Dealing with all retail and trade sales enquiries
• Identifying and assisting customers with product selection
• Cash handling and the operation of a computerised stock system
• A commitment to high standards of customer service

• Experience of working on a
  trade counter
  or
  customer facing role
• Committed and passionate about providing
  excellent customer service
• Target driven
  with a genuine passion for the customer
• Ability to work both
  individually
  and as part of a
  branch team
• Knowledge or a keen interest in
  building materials, hardware and timber
