We are currently recruiting for a Retail Assistant for the following part‑time schedule:

20 hours a week – Monday 9am‑6pm;
Wednesday 1pm‑5pm;
Saturday 9am‑6pm.

You will contribute to the daily operations of the store, delivering first‑class customer service and achieving sales performance against agreed KPIs. Maintain a well‑presented commercial environment in line with company policies, creating a safe place for all store visitors.

• Customer focus is your top priority, offering a welcoming experience to all who enter the store.
• Provide support and advice on purchasing needs.
• Engage with the local community, raising awareness and encouraging visits.
• Contact previous customers about promotions and new product lines.
• Produce quotes for large and complex orders and track them to completion.
