We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. • Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
• Continuously maintain clean and tidy stock standards on shop floor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets, with knowledge of current trends and in‑store promotions.
• Drive sales, ensuring targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
• Utilise in‑store devices, offering the customer the full product range, providing alternatives and add‑on sales at every opportunity.
• Replenish stock levels when needed, ensuring full size range is on the shop floor.
• Ensure product is priced correctly.
• Depute for other staff, work within departments or carry out other duties as required.
• Represent JD Sports in the most professional manner.
• Conduct work in a safe and responsible manner.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention; actively drive sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding financial goals; ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock.
