• As a Crew Member, you will help deliver hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant, ensuring high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
• Prepare food, serve on the till, and assist in the dining areas to look after our customers' needs.
• Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
• Provide friendly, fast and accurate service and maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by being friendly, attentive and engaging with customers.

• Availability to work on Weekdays and Weekends, with shifts across Afternoons and Evenings.
• Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
• Ability to maintain high energy levels and work both efficiently and productively.
