• An overnight stay with dinner for two at The Merchant Hotel (subject to contract).
• Your birthday off!
• Paid breaks

• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar level role
• Fully flexible to work evenings and weekends

• An NVQ Level 2 in a kitchen/food related discipline or working towards it
