THE EMPLOYER IS: SW STREETFOOD LTDSW Streetfood are seeking an experienced member of staff to run and manage one of our food trailers.

The successful candidate will be working long periods alone - must be comfortable with the physical nature of the job, and be comfortable working closely and reporting to owner. The company is growing rapidly and expects huge increase in opportunity over the next 12 months, and so there is a clear progression for the right person. In time we would expect the candidate to operate their own site and team.

You would be cooking at our fast paced food truck site in Glengormley, or at our concession in Lisburn road in Belfast. Hours at the moment are between 10 - 4 Thursday to Sunday. We also have events booked in the summer - Events serviced in the Pat include the Golf Open in Portrush in various festivals and private events.

If the job role was suited, there may be the opportunity for a permanent position. After the training/probation term there will be;

-Increase in Salary by Signing on to our Profits Based Bonus System-Use of Company Vehicle-Fuel Allowance

• You would be preparing our Artisan Toastie Range, including prepping our in-house menu prior to service beginning.
• Serving customers and handling transactions.
• Managing a small team.
• Ensuring standards are adhered to in terms of cleanliness and food standards.
• Cashing up and reporting to owner at the end of each day.
• In time - driving to suppliers and handling ordering for stock levels to maintain smooth operation of site.

• Full training will be given.
• Driving Licence.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience of towing a trailer would be advantageous, although training will be provided, along with experience driving large vehicles given the nature of towing/driving to event sites.
• Experience of food prep Including Food Hygiene Standards.
• Experience of kitchen management.
• Cooking in a fast paced environment.
• Experience of working alone for long periods would be beneficial.
