Café Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: ULSTER SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT LIMITEDProviding excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their needs and expectations are met. The role includes preparing food items such as sandwiches and serving hot and cold drinks to the required standard while maintaining a high level of food safety. It also involves processing payments accurately, receiving and organising deliveries, and keeping the cafe clean and well-presented at all times.

• Deliver a high standard of Food Safety.
• Basic preparation of food, making sandwiches etc.
• Serving hot and cold drinks to required standard.
• Processing payments.
• Ensuring the needs and expectations of customers are met.
• Receiving and processing deliveries.
• Being aware of Health and Safety procedures.
• Assisting and advising customers visiting the site.
• Maintain cleanliness of the site.
• Being aware of and adhering to all USEL's Policies and Procedure.

• The ability to follow instruction.
• Strong team player.

Location:

Ability Cafés - The Foundry, Shankill Road or The Stables, Lady Dixon Park.
