A local hospitality company in Belfast is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to oversee the daily operations of their kitchen section. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a busy kitchen, along with NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation and Cooking and Food Safety Level 1 Certificate. Responsibilities include managing food quality and costs, maintaining hygiene standards, and training junior staff.

Flexible working hours are a requirement for this position.
