Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager starting from £30,880 per annum plus tronc and benefits.

As Assistant Manager you will help the general manager to organise, plan and run the business. You will coordinate day‑to‑day responsibilities, lead and develop the team, and deliver excellent customer service.

• When the General Manager is absent, you run the shifts, manage the team, give feedback and embody our culture and values.
