The Role:
Nixon McQuade are working with a Leading Firm in Belfast who are searching for a Real Estate Solicitor . Our client seeks an experienced Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join its established real estate team. The role involves providing expert legal advice, overseeing complex transactions, and delivering comprehensive legal solutions to a diverse client base within the real estate sector.
The Person : 3 years PQE Solicitor. Oversee and manage complex real estate transactions from initial structuring to final closing. Advise clients on strategic legal issues across diverse real estate matters, delivering practical, business-oriented solutions. Direct and perform detailed due diligence reviews of property documentation, identifying legal risks and negotiating resolutions. Strong communication & client management. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
