This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Property Manager based in Belfast. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing residential and commercial properties, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and overseeing property leasing and marketing activities. Additionally, the Property Manager will handle tenant inquiries, conduct property inspections, manage lease agreements, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The role requires effective communication with tenants, property owners, and maintenance staff.

• Property management skills including lease management, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
• Experience in residential and/or commercial property marketing
• Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively
• Desire to work in a young and exciting team.
