BHSCT Deputy Ward Sister / Charge Nurse Band 6
The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care and/or the implementation and evaluation of these programmes of care. The post holder is expected to play a supportive role in leading the development the ward, seeking opportunities for learning and development. Drawing on their own expertise the post holder will disseminate expert evidence based knowledge and skills to maximise patient safety and positive outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities- The assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
- Registered Nurse on Part 1 (Adult) of the live NMC Register.
- 3 years post-registration experience with 1 years experience managing within acute medicine.
