Waste Operative - Telehandler

Position Overview

We are recruiting for a permanent Waste Operative for our client located in Carryduff, Ireland. This role involves supporting waste management activities within a busy operational environment, ensuring efficient disposal and recycling processes. The Waste Operative will be responsible for handling waste materials, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and assisting with the organisation of waste streams as part of the company’s sustainability initiatives.

The role requires a proactive approach and ability to work as part of a team, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Forklift or Telehandler ticket required.

• Previous experience in waste management or similar.
• Background in a recycling environment preferred.
• Ability to operate waste handling equipment.
• Good communication skills.
