Our client is a leading interior fit-out contractor that have been operating for over 50 years. They specialise in creating outstanding interior fit-outs for the commercial, hospitality and retail sectors. The company take pride in creating bespoke solutions for their clients and due to the quality of their work win a lot of repeat business.

About the role:

Interpret and work from detailed manufacturing drawings / specifications to create bespoke joinery items Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using a variety of tools and state-of-the art machinery Assemble, fit, and finish joinery products to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Work with other joiners on the team to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order

Experience:

NVQ Level 3 Joinery qualification Proven track record of producing high-quality joinery work Proficiency in using a wide range of joinery tools and machinery Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and finishes Ability to read and interpret complex manufacturing drawings and specifications Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility and adaptability to work on a variety of projects with varying requirements For further information on this vacancy, or any other Built Environment job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Robert Apps for a confidential discussion IND
