Buyer​/Estimator - Joinery Manufacturing

THE EMPLOYER IS: WOODARCH JOINERY LTDWe're the leading joinery manufacturing company specialising in high-end bespoke interirios, kitchens and commercial joinery projects. With a reputation for craftsmanship and quality, we're expanding our team and looking for a talented Estimator/Buyer to join our growing operation.

You'll play a key role in managing cost estimation and procurement for our joinery projects, from bespoke kitchen builds to full interior fit-outs. Working closely with our design and production teams, you'll ensure accuracy, efficiency and value at every stage.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for joinery projects.
• Review drawings and specifications to determine material and labour requirements.
• Source materials, obtain supplier quotes and negotiate best price.
• Manage procurement timelines and supplier relationships.
• Support project planning, budgets and cost control.
• Liaise with production and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Experience in joinery, carpentry or interior fit-out estimation/buying.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Confident in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and estimation software (e.g. Easy Quote, EstiMAC or similar).
