We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated
Embroidery Machine Operator
to join our fast-paced embroidery department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an eye for detail and a passion for precision work to become part of a friendly and experienced team.

About the Role:

Your primary role will involve operating embroidery machines, adding logos to customer orders in line with job sheet specifications and any other duties as requested by the production manager. You will play a key part in maintaining our high standards of quality and contributing to the smooth running of our embroidery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate embroidery machines, including multi-needle models
  • Set up embroidery machines, ensuring correct threading, tension, and accurate loading of design files
  • Check job sheets for details such as logos, sizes, colours, and garment types
  • Select and prepare garments, including framing material ready for embroidery
  • Load templates and designs using the computer system
  • Monitor and inspect finished products to ensure high standards of alignment, colour accuracy, and overall quality
  • Tear away backing, fold, bag, and pack garments for dispatch
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised workspace
  • Support the production manager with additional tasks as needed
  • Reorder threads and materials to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret job sheets correctly
  • Proactive and flexible approach to tasks
