What would a typical day look like for you?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have leadership of a portfolio of programmes, projects, and support activities within Project & Consultancy Services. This involves:

• Personally lead individual programmes using project management disciplines aligned to Bank strategy and values, and the achievement of agreed costs and benefits.
• Directly people manage a team in delivery of a portfolio of projects, and support activities within Project and Consultancy Services.
• Other dimensions will vary dependent upon project(s) being specifically managed by the Senior Project Manager.
• Experience in managing complex situations and problems through to conclusion
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple deliverables from initial idea creation through to implementation
• Experience in planning, project management, and fostering a collaborative environment
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team of multi disciplined people as part of change delivery
• Proven ability to lead, coach, mentor, and manage teams of managers and analysts
• Knowledge of Organisational Change Management and Risk Management processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and make informed decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in facilitating clear agreements, providing direction, and removing blockers
