Position: Contracts Manager - Fit-Out Division

About you:

5-8 years' experience managing fit-out, shopfitting, or refurbishment projects Proven track record in delivering fast-track projects in live environments Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and commercial skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships effectively Relevant degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related) What you'll do:
Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery Maintain project programmes, driving activities to meet key milestones Support and motivate site teams and manage stakeholders across Ireland Oversee budgets, monitor cash flow, and work with the commercial team to ensure profitability Promote high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) compliance Support tendering and business development activities for new fit-out opportunities For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
