Business Services Manager

Business Services Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s performance through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and workforce optimisation. This position combines commercial acumen with process and system improvement expertise to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

• Ensure our systems and processes in the business provides added value to our clients.
• Assist the Commercial Team in their Development and implementation of commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure costs and resources associated with stock, van stock, materials, sub-contractors, vehicles and ancillary costs are value for money and utilised efficiently.
• Support pricing, revenue optimisation, and contract negotiation strategies.

• Must hold membership of a professional body eg RICS, IWFM, CIOB, CIBSE, CIM or similar.
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in the property, maintenance, facilities management or services sector.
• A technical knowledge of running building maintenance / facilities management operations.
• Experience in MTC Schedules of Rates (eg NHMF, PSA).
