Reports to: Head of Client Relationship Management
Manages: Residential Property Portfolio

• Take full ownership of a portfolio of residential developments, delivering top-tier service to residents and stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and advisor.

• Manage budgets, ensure accurate billing, and oversee financial performance across your developments.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure properties are maintained to high standards.

• Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Lead AGMs and other key development meetings.

• Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs across systems.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and performance.

• A customer-first mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong financial awareness, with experience managing budgets and reporting.

• Confidence in meetings, with the ability to represent clients' interests and lead discussions.

• An eye for detail and pride in delivering service excellence.

• Client retention and satisfaction (including positive reviews).

• Timely, accurate reporting and property inspections.

• Growth in revenue through service fees and management charges.

• Prompt, professional handling of client queries.

• Full compliance with internal processes and industry standards.
