VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a highly reputable Property Company with the Recruitment of a Client Relationship Manager to join a fantastic workplace based in their Belfast HQ.Client Relationship Manager

Location: Belfast
Reports to: Head of Client Relationship Management
Manages: Residential Property Portfolio

Salary :
Fully Negotiable Depending on Experience + Benefits

Mon
- Fri - 09:00 - 17:00

Your Purpose

Make a real difference - not just for clients, but for your team and the communities you support. You'll be the face of our property management services, leading the care and growth of your own portfolio, and building lasting relationships through trust, service excellence, and proactive communication.

What You'll Do
  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of residential developments, delivering top-tier service to residents and stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and advisor.

  • Manage budgets, ensure accurate billing, and oversee financial performance across your developments.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure properties are maintained to high standards.

  • Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Lead AGMs and other key development meetings.

  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication logs across systems.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and performance.
