- THE ROLE - Responsible for developing and delivering effective programme and project management, governance and reporting for funded skills projects. The postholder will be a key member of the CASFE team. This role will be required to work collaboratively to deliver funded skills projects (e.g. peaceplus) with stakeholders/partners, overseeing compliance, accountability and the alignment of education and skills activities/initiatives. This is a key role in the coordination of multiple skills projects to minimise duplication, identify synergies and interdependencies, and provide institutional oversight and reporting.
- ABOUT YOU - You will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification and a relevant postgraduate qualification, plus significant relevant experience managing externally funded projects of scale and strategic importance, to include:
- Planning and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder/partner management and programme reporting.
- Project governance and risk management, including managing and monitoring programmes or projects. You will also have experience leading, planning and delivering projects requiring evidence-gathering, analysis and working collaboratively to develop innovative solutions, and relevant experience, knowledge and understanding of the skills and learning across the tertiary sector.
