?? What You'll Do As our HSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, delivering, and evolving our safety culture across major manufacturing and assembly operations. You will:
Lead the creation and execution of robust HSE policies, systems, and procedures across multiple sites. Partner with project teams from planning to delivery - driving risk assessments, site inspections, compliance checks, and incident management. Work closely with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure safety excellence is built into every decision. Build, mentor, and develop a talented team of Health & Safety Officers, supporting their growth and ensuring high performance.

Allocate resources effectively across projects, maintaining consistent oversight and rapid response to emerging issues. Champion open communication, transparency, and proactive safety engagement across all departments. Maintain quality control measures and track HSE performance, delivering continuous improvement across operations. ?? What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who has: 5+ years' experience as an HSE Manager (or similar) within manufacturing, assembly, commercial M&E, or building services.

In-depth knowledge of relevant HSE regulations and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA). NEBOSH, International Diploma, or equivalent HSE/environmental certifications. Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing HSE team. Demonstrated success designing and improving safety management systems in complex operational settings. Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing skills. Strong analytical capability - from evaluating safety data to managing investigations and corrective actions.

A track record of embedding positive safety culture and environmental awareness in dynamic, growing businesses. Desirable:

Experience with sustainability initiatives (carbon reduction, waste management). Familiarity with digital HSE platforms for reporting, auditing, or compliance. ?? Why Join Us?
