Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

MCS Group are working with a well-respected multidisciplinary consultancy on an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join their expanding Belfast team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of high-quality construction projects while developing your career within a collaborative, growing consultancy environment.

We are partnering with an established and growing consultancy seeking a Project Manager to deliver a range of commercial and private-sector construction projects. You will manage schemes from initial brief through design, procurement, and delivery, overseeing programme, budget, and risk while working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Manage construction projects through all stages from inception to completion
• Oversee programme, budget, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery
• Lead communication with clients, consultants, and contractor teams
• Support procurement processes and contract administration activities
• Contribute to the delivery of projects in line with quality, time, and cost objectives

• Proven project management experience within construction or the built environment
• Consultancy experience desirable, though contractor backgrounds will be considered
• Good understanding of procurement, contract administration, and project governance
• Professional accreditation (APM, RICS, CIOB or similar) or working towards chartership advantageous
