The Role This is a key leadership hire, sitting close to the Partners and playing a central role in managing a sizeable client portfolio, overseeing workflow across the accounts function, and supporting the development of managers and seniors. What You Will Do Lead and review accounts preparation for a varied portfolio (SMEs, owner-managed businesses, groups) Act as a trusted advisor to clients - commercial conversations, planning, and problem-solvin Oversee workflow, resourcing, deadlines, and quality across the team Coach and develop managers, seniors, and trainees - setting standards and building confidence Partner with senior leadership on process improvement, digital efficiencies, and practice growth initiatives Support fee management, WIP, billing, and portfolio profitability What's in It for You Senior leadership position with genuine influence and visibility Clear route to further progression for the right person Client exposure that's actually meaningful - not just ticking boxes A modern, ambitious firm with strong culture and momentum Competitive package tailored to attract top talent in the NI market Requirements ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified Strong practice background in accounts and advisory-led client work Proven experience managing teams and reviewing accounts to a high standard Commercial mindset with confidence in client-facing conversations What's the next step?
