Branch Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a leading builders' merchant who are looking to recruit two experienced Branch Managers to join the team and manage the key branches (1 x Ballymena or 1 x Balmoral). Roles & Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the branch team to achieve business goals Grow sales, margin and profitability through strong commercial focus Build lasting relationships with trade customers and generate new business Ensure the highest standards of customer service throughout the branch Oversee stock control and merchandising to maximise sales opportunities Monitor KPIs and operational performance, identifying continuous improvement Maintain full compliance with company procedures and Health & Safety standards Promote a positive, professional and high-performing working culture
