As a General Manager, you’ll create a great working environment, influence all team members, and deliver a Wingstop experience that delights customers.

• Minimum 12 months of management experience, preferably from a QSR or similar background.
• Customer‑ and team‑focused, excited by delivering a unique FLAVOUR experience.
• A strong, commercially aware leader to drive performance and inspire the team.
• Proactive coach who recognizes succession and develops crew to be the best they can.
• A passion for our amazing food, bringing flavours to life and inspiring the team.
• Experience managing operational best practice.
• Experience proactively managing maintenance and keeping to restaurant standards.
