The Role

The role offers the opportunity to join an established, high-performing Building Surveying team in Belfast. You will work closely with experienced professionals, delivering technically robust advice and managing projects end-to-end, while developing trusted relationships with key clients.

The consultancy is looking for someone ambitious, commercially aware and proactive — someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and wants to be part of a best-in-class team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver value for money across all projects, aligned with business objectives
  • Manage projects from inception through to completion
  • Carry out duties efficiently and in accordance with internal procedures
  • Comply with agreed procurement, commercial and contractual strategies
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety, Security and Quality standards
  • Act as a trusted, client-facing professional delivering a consistently high standard of technical service
Candidate Profile Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related technical discipline
  • MRICS (or membership of another relevant professional body)
Experience
  • Strong technical delivery experience within a consultancy environment
  • Good working knowledge of JCT Contracts
  • Proven project management experience from inception to completion
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and deliver to deadlines
  • Experience working collaboratively within professional teams
