• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to meet productivity, service, and budget targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team through effective training and coaching.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Proven experience in Air & Sea operations (essential).
• Significant experience in a supervisory role within freight forwarding.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business‑level English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change.
• Full driving licence required.
