MCS Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join one of their closest clients who have huge growth plans. The Project Manager will work as an integral part of a small delivery team, overseeing development teams and managing the delivery of high-quality software solutions for our client's key accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage projects within a fast-paced environment in a growing company which will offer an ambitious project manager lots of career progression (in different directions).

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in project management, with 1-2 years leading the management or delivery of software technical projects in either a software house, consultancy or digital agency.
• Agile Methodologies:
  Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience in implementing them effectively and JIRA/Confluence
• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong understanding of how development teams operate, particularly in managing software development processes.
• Risk Management:
  Proven track record in applying risk management methodologies effectively.
• Communication Skills:
  Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
