Aster House in Belfast is looking for a General Manager to lead and inspire a thriving student community. You will be the driving force behind an exceptional living experience, working closely with your team to ensure top‑notch customer service across sales, maintenance and housekeeping. Your leadership will embed our core values and empower staff to excel in their duties. The role will also involve overseeing the student check‑in, check‑out and room turnaround processes starting in September, and maintaining strong communication with new students while efficiently resolving any operational issues.

Weekly hours: 40 per week, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

• Leadership experience in a similar role or environment.
• Strong data presentation and analysis skills.

• Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (desirable but not essential).
