Overview
The jobholder will be responsible for the cleanliness of the Associations apartment buildings primarily and will ensure the properties are cleaned to a high standard.
Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness of Associations apartment buildings to a high standard
- A good understanding of the role and responsibilities of a cleaner
- A good understanding of Health and Safety Practices in the workplace
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Salary is £25,878 per annum
- Generous optional contributory pension scheme currently at employer contribution of 19%
- 37 hours per week
- 23 days annual leave rising to 28 days after 5 years
