Working Pattern:
Varied Nights, 11 pm – 7 am.

As Supervisor you will ensure cleaning staff perform efficiently, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and contribute to a safe environment.

• Manage a small team, look after rotas, holidays, performance and deliver training to all cleaning operatives; maintain accurate records.
• Conduct cleaning audits weekly and report any areas of concern.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
• Use heavy industrial equipment, specialist chemicals and work at heights as required.

• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
• Background in cleaning or food manufacturing is advantageous.
• Willingness to work at height.
• COSHH and IOSH training desirable.
