Bryson Recycling is looking for a dedicated Recycling Operative to join our team in Letterkenny and play a vital role in supporting our commitment to sustainability. In this hands‑on position, you’ll help protect the environment by efficiently sorting, processing, and managing recyclable materials, ensuring our sites remain clean, safe, and welcoming for the local community.

• Basic literacy & numeracy skills
• Ability to communicate well with the general public
• Flexibility to work overtime, as required
• Capable of handling physical tasks and working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Previous experience in waste management operations or similar
• Forklift License
• Manual Handling Certificate

• Can chat with anyone – great people skills and a customer‑first attitude
• Knows that teamwork makes the dream work
• Doesn’t mind getting their boots muddy – you’re up for physical work and don’t let a bit of rain slow you down
