Supply Logistics Agent
Location: Belfast (Onsite)
Hours: 36 per week (Mon-Thu 8:15-16:45, Fri 08:00-12:00)
Pay: £21.68 p/h PAYE | £29.00 p/h Umbrella
Clearance: BPSS (arranged by Airbus)
We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join a world‑leading aerospace organisation in Belfast. As a Supply Logistics Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring parts and materials flow smoothly through the operation‑supporting both internal teams and external customers.

What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you'll support the planning and coordination of all aspects of parts supply, ensuring the master production schedule is met and assets are used effectively. You will:
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting of supply chain data to the operations team.
- Maintain high levels of data quality across all operational systems.
- Manage parameters to support efficient asset utilisation.
- Work collaboratively within a Natural Team environment.
- Communicate Parts Supply Enablement profiles clearly and proactively.
- Produce and analyse forward load and capacity plans-including Line of Balance updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to shopfloor teams and external customers.
- Provide visibility and governance across inventory, scheduling, kitting, and system data accuracy.
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and industries. Transferable skills are valued. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An HNC or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPIM, CIPS), plus at least 2 years' supply chain experience
. - Alternatively: 3+ years' relevant experience in supply chain without formal qualifications.
- Experience using MRP planning systems (essential).
- A solid understanding of supply chain processes.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- The ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
