Paralegal – Private Client

Overview

A well-established firm in East Belfast is seeking a Paralegal to join their Private Client team. The role is ideally part-time, though full-time applications will also be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Probate and Estate Administration to work within a supportive and professional environment.

• Assist with Probate and Estate Administration matters, including preparation of documentation, correspondence, and liaising with clients.
• Support solicitors in the Private Client department with day-to-day case management.
• Maintain accurate records and case files in line with firm procedures.
• Provide excellent client service, responding to queries promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the department through administrative support and collaboration with colleagues.

• Previous experience in Probate and Estate Administration.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
