Overview

Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) – Belfast | Tier 1 Practice. BCL Legal is currently working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a top-tier, market-leading real estate team in Belfast. This is a chance to work at the forefront of the Northern Ireland property market on high-profile and complex commercial real estate transactions in the jurisdiction.

The team advises a broad domestic and international client base including investors, developers, financial institutions, retailers, and corporate occupiers across the full spectrum of commercial property work.

You will work on a wide range of high-value and complex matters, including:

• Investment acquisitions and disposals
• Development and regeneration projects
• Commercial leasing and portfolio management
• Real estate finance transactions
• Property elements of corporate deals

You will be part of a well-resourced, collaborative team with strong cross-border capability and access to major clients and transactions, offering excellent exposure and long-term progression prospects.

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE
• Background in commercial property from a large, mid-sized, or specialist commercial firm
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Commercially minded with good client management ability
• Effective communicator with solid organisational and prioritisation skills
• Motivated to continue developing technically and professionally
• Team-oriented and collaborative in approach
