The Role Nixon McQuade are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading NI law firm based in Belfast City Centre to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded and expanding litigation team, working on a diverse and high quality caseload for a broad range of clients. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including case management, drafting pleadings and correspondence, advising clients, and representing client interests throughout the litigation process.

The role offers exposure to complex and high value disputes, alongside the opportunity to develop technically and progress within a supportive, forward-thinking firm.

The Person The ideal candidate will have: 25 years post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation and/or Dispute Resolution Strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage cases independently Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload Strong negotiation and advocacy skills High quality drafting ability with excellent attention to detail Confident interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues The Rewards In return, the firm offers:
