The Role You will be involved in a broad range of civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on personal injury claims, including motor and non-motor cases and uninsured loss recovery. As your experience grows, you will be encouraged to take increasing ownership of files and client relationships, with a clear pathway toward building your own practice.

Key Responsibilities Managing and progressing civil litigation files, with increasing autonomy Handling personal injury and uninsured loss claims from instruction to resolution Drafting pleadings, court documents, and correspondence Advising clients and building trusted, long-term relationships Attending court, client meetings, and negotiations Contributing to the growth and profile of the litigation department
