Senior Defence Litigation Solicitor

We are working with a tier-1 law firm based in Belfast for a Senior Associate to join their Defence Insurance team.

The successful candidate will join a successful litigation team, handling a wide range of clinical negligence and personal injury matters, with a focus on defending claims on behalf of insurance companies, self-insured organisations, healthcare professionals.

The Senior Associate will manage their own caseload, liaise closely with clients, conduct investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records. You will also advise on the defence of insurance claims, manage complaints, and manage risk. The role will also involve regular court appearances.

• 4+ years’ PQE;
• Defence insurance background;
