The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Solicitor with 1 year PQE or more to join the firm's busy and successful property department. This role is ideal for an ambitious solicitor looking to build on their experience within a structured and supportive team. You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload and benefit from working alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative and well-resourced environment.

Key Responsibilities Managing your own residential conveyancing files under appropriate supervision Assisting with transactions from instruction through to completion Drafting and reviewing contracts and related legal documentation Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors Providing clear and professional advice to clients Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements Supporting senior team members with more complex matters where required Requirements Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland Minimum of 1 year PQE in residential conveyancing Solid technical knowledge and a willingness to continue developing Strong communication and client care skills Ability to manage a caseload effectively Organised, proactive, and detail-focused approach A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team Benefits Competitive salary up to £55,000 plus bonus, depending on experience Excellent annual leave entitlement Your own office and dedicated secretarial support Flexible working options available Ongoing training and development The opportunity to join a respected, stable, and supportive local firm This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated conveyancing solicitor to take the next step in their career within a firm that genuinely invests in its people and offers long-term career progression.
