The Role You will handle a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on personal injury and accident claims. The successful candidate will manage files from initial instruction through to resolution, including preparing cases for hearing, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court when required. Youll work as part of a highly skilled and supportive team committed to delivering exceptional client service and achieving the best possible outcomes.
